The Hilton Vancouver Washington is sold out of rooms within the Council's block. To accommodate higher-than expected registration by U.S. Grains Council stakeholders planning to attend its meeting in August, the Council has negotiated an additional room block at the nearby Courtyard Portland North Harbor.

Reservations at the Courtyard Portland can be made online here or by calling the hotel’s reservation department at 503-735-1818 and identifying oneself as an attendee of the U.S. Grains Council meeting to receive the discounted rate. The cut-off for these reservations is July 10, 2017.
- $169 USD per night, single and double occupancy, plus taxes of 15.3 percent.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all meetings. Business casual attire with comfortable shoes is appropriate for the Monday Agriculture Boat Tour. Casual attire with comfortable walking shoes should be worn at Tuesday evening’s offsite event.
